Description: TegMeR 809 is a PEG 400 ester plasticizer for high polarity elastomers and plastics. This plasticizer has excellent compatibility in acrylic elastomers, VAMAC and HNBR.
TegMeR 809 offers good resistance to water extraction and good low temperature properties. In thermoplastics like PET, TegMeR 809 acts as a nucleating agent and lowers Tg of the plastic to allow for faster and lower temperature processing.
